You must be at least 18 years of age with no criminal history. Flexibility and interest in new cultures is a must. VOA Opportunity High School is a contracted specialty school with Minneapolis Public Schools which is open to all students and specializes in meeting the educational needs of English Language Learners, primarily East African students ages 15-21. Day and evening classes offer flexibility for students to choose programs that best meet their needs. |
