Whether it’s a helping hand with special household projects or temporary assistance while recovering from an illness or injury, or longer-term support, Total Living Home Care™ provides services that are customized and tailored to meet your total living needs. Our home care services are versatile and personalized, with options, value, and variety where you want it most – at home.

Services

Home Health Aide Visits and Packages
A Total Living Home Care™ Home Health Aide (HHA) will provide you with a helping hand or supportive services as defined in your service plan. These services may include medication reminders if set up by our home care nurse, one person transfer, toileting, help with incontinence, T.E.D. (anti-embolism) stockings, grooming, bathing, safety
checks, assistance with meal preparation, and other assistance with activities of daily living.
• Individual Visit: $19/per 30-minutes
• Package A: One visit per day, up to 30 hours per month. Cost: $960 ($32/day)
• Package B: Two visits per day, up to 60 hours per month. Cost: $1,800 ($60/day)

Initial Assessment
A preliminary health assessment is required prior to delivery of Total Living Home Care™ delegated nursing services (Initial Assessment is not required for home making services.) This individualized assessment is performed by our Registered Nurse (RN) to clarify your needs, as well as determine the level of assistance and support you need. You and the RN will develop a service plan reflecting your needs, schedule of services, and financial obligation. Cost: $175

Medication Set-up
Once every two weeks, a Total Living Home Care™ nurse will visit you in your home for a wellness visit which includes taking your blood pressure and vital signs, performing a weight check, and setting up your medications. This service includes consultation with you, coordination with your physician and pharmacy for medication orders, and compliance assessment. Cost: $125 every two weeks

Medication Reminders
A daily telephone call will remind you to take medications. Cost: $8/day

Foot Care
Our Total Living Home Care™ home care nurse will provide you with foot care in your home. Cost: $40/visit

Laundry
A Home Health Aide (HHA) will do laundry for you in conjunction with other Total Living Home Care™ services. Cost: $10/load

Light Housekeeping & Linen Change
Our Home Health Aide (HHA) will perform light housekeeping duties and linen change for you. Cost: $28/per hour

Escorted Transportation
Transportation for clients who need an escort to personal appointments. Cost: Call for rates

Group Transportation
Weekly scheduled group transportation for all Orono Woods residents to selected art and entertainment venues, as well as grocery shopping and pharmacy destinations.

Complimentary Continental Breakfast
A complimentary Continental Breakfast with pastries, cereal, toast, yogurt, juices and coffee is available for clients in the dining room between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Ala Carte Services
Customized and ala carte services are available based on client requests and staff availability. Cost: Call for rates
