Nicollet Towers is a 306 unit multi-family apartment building managed by Volunteers of America of Minnesota that offers housing to seniors and families.  Located on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis in the heart of the city and within walking distance to the convention center, churches and bus line.   The building offers: ·    One and two bedroom apartments ·    Monitored entry system ·    Handicapped units ·    Underground parking ·    Subsidized rent at 30% of income ·    Courtyard with garden spaces ·    Senior congregate dining The on-site Resident Services Coordinator educates, advocates and makes referrals to outside community services to increase the quality of life for residents at Nicollet Towers.
