Monica Lewis, supervising attorney at Estate & Elder Law Services, has practiced in Elder Law and related fields since 1984. Her professional activities include: member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations, the Senior Law Task Force, the Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship, and the Medical Assistance Committee of the MSBA. She is a frequent speaker at community education events and continuing legal education seminars.
Lori D. Skibbie
Lori's approach to the practice of law is truly client focused. She prides herself on communicating with clients openly and often, being extremely responsive to their needs, anticipating issues that may arise, and providing appropriate advice and counsel efficiently. Lori practices principally in the areas of:

- Conservatorships and guardianships.

She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and South Dakota. Lori is a member of the Probate and Trust section of the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Probate and Trust and Elder Law sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Lori received her B.A. from Iowa State University and her law degree from Drake Law School. She lives in Maple Grove with her family and is active in their church and the community.
