This summer, over 40 at-risk, low-income youth will attend sleep away camp for the first time in their lives.  Thanks in part to a grant from the Pohlad Family Foundation, all registration and camp fees will be covered alleviating a large portion of the financial burden of attending camp.

Additionally, our families still need essential supplies for camp.  Therefore, we extend a very special thank you to United Health Networks, who has committed to donating sleeping bags, flip flops, water bottles, beach towels, disposable cameras, rain ponchos and more for the kids going to camp this summer!  Thank you for your help in making this summer one these kids will never forget.

Purchases should be dropped off at the Volunteers of America-Minnesota corporate office at 7625 Metro Boulevard, Minneapolis, MN  55439 by Friday, May 23, 2008.
